Ann has over 20 years of experience working as a paralegal in Montana, the majority of which was with some of the top defense firms in the State of Montana. She has extensive experience in civil litigation including banking, employment, personal injury and product liability cases.

Since joining Buxbaum, Daue & Fitzpatrick in March of 2002, Ann's attention has been directed to case review, case management and preparing personal injury and complex medical negligence cases for trial. Ann's many years of dedication to her profession are evident in the support she provides to this Firm and to our clients. Her many years in the defense industry brings a balanced perspective and expertise to her caseload.

Ann achieved her National CLA Certification designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1993. She is also a member of the Paralegal Section of the Montana State Bar Association.
