Joan E. Rhodda is a paralegal and certified legal assistant for attorney Craig Daue. Joan has worked with Craig for more than 15 years, both in defense and prosecution of medical negligence and unsafe product litigation. She joined the firm in 2001. Prior to her legal career, she was employed in the healthcare industry and developed extensive knowledge that has been beneficial to the success of our cases.

Joan specializes in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury and product liability. Her extensive medical/legal research and litigation support contribute to the success of the firm and support of our clients.

Joan earned her National CLA certification in 1998 and served for three years as vice chairperson of the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana. She continues to be a member of the Paralegal Section of the Montana State Bar and also of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants.
