Laurie Bersanti has 21 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.  During this time she has assisted in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury, products liability and insurance litigation.  She is widely recognized as one of the leading and most innovative medical-legal assistants in Montana.  She has lectured and spoken to legal assistant organizations and also for the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.

Laurie assisted in the establishment of what has become Buxbaum, Daue & Fitzpatrick and now focuses on the intake and evaluation of medical negligence cases as well as case management and resolution of complex, catastrophic medical negligence cases.

Laurie is a past officer and member of the Montana Paralegal Association and current member of the Paralegal Section of the Montana State Bar Association.
